I guess this could've gone up in the site area, but I didn't think it fit.

Stolen Droids gets some of the weirdest spam ever.  I'm used to the spam that I see in my Inbox (of junk mail, now that filters have gotten better).  I'm used to seeing things about “making her scream” and “buy insurance cheap” and “lowest mortgage rates”.  At least I know they are trying to sell something.  

This stuff, though, is really weird.  It's typically a line of complete gibberish followed by letters that don't even make up a web address.  The letters are always hyperlinked to some site like http://alkjhasldjfklasjfd.com (not joking).  What's the point of them?  Who in the world would go, “Hey, that guy makes absolutly no sense at all!  He's obviously not human!  I think I'll click on this link that goes who knows where!  Only good things could happen, right?”

Is there some sort of scam that I'm missing here?  Or are they just out to annoy webmasters?

The link you included in your first post doesn't work.  “Firefox can't find the server at http://www.alkjhasldjfklasjfd.com.” 

I approved a comment from sombody in Russia on my personal site.  It was a legit comment so there was no reason to block it.  Over the next two weeks, I had about 20 different email addresses register on my site, each a slight variant of the others.  They never commented so they were deleted.  I hate the SpamBots.  Almost as much as I hate the Decepticons.
