What's so confusing about it?  Obviously Bill Gates has bought a shoe store that he's trying to promote.  He got Jerry Seinfeld, who owns a churro factory, to help with the advertising by letting him hock his wares at the same time.  Duh.

Just how much CGI went into making Jerry look more awkward than Bill?

I think this is trying to one-up the Mac vs PC ads, but it's hard to tell with how weird it is.  I get the feeling that the only type of humor Jerry Seinfeld knows how to deliver requires a long set up, so it's funny over 30 minutes, but annoying over 1.  Remember his American Express/Superman ads?
