In Memorium

By now, many of you (if not all) know that Michael Jackson has died at the age of 50. Some of you may not care but I still thought it was worth mentioning here. I don’t believe he was ever a saint, I don’t think he was ever totally stable, but I don’t think he was a child molester either. In the end, I think he was just very thin-skinned for someone in that position. One thing is for certain, and that is he was a music great and should be remembered as such. At least he didn’t die on the toilet, huh?

I’d like to now share two videos with readers. The first one is how I will always remember him. I know it’s not his biggest hit but it’s one that I “jammed” out to the most as a kid. And no, those kids aren’t in there as “special friends”. They’re Kris Kross, and if you don’t know who they are . . . well, what can I say? (Heavy D even makes an appearance! And some basketball guy) The second one is, to me, the finest example of all the things he has left us. Sure, it’s almost in parody, but who cares?
